  Jeffrey was very nice and very patient with me while I asked him a ton of questions regarding the package that was being shipped. He was so friendly and hospitable that I will be returning to the store.

  Two staff members helped us ship our items back home and while one staff member was friendly and helpful the other was short tempered, rude, and told us he couldn’t ship our box to an air force base. After telling him we’ve shipped it before he rolled his eyes and was able to find out we can in fact ship to the AFB. He then repeatedly interrupted us when telling the address(s).

  I’ve had nothing but good experiences and if something went wrong, it was usually an issue with the address. I had the box I brought in or something out of both myself and the attendance hands. Every shipping experience has been precise exact and has left me feeling confident than my box or shipment will get there.

  A family owned and run business that provides service one can trust and depend upon. Have had a mailbox at this location since 2014. I was out of country for several years and Walter and his son Fernando were wonderful to work with (sorting my mail to forward anything relevant to a friend on my behalf). I’ve kept the service since returning in 2018–I don’t have to worry about the security of my mail and packages. Highly recommend.

  They scammed us , we were trying to send two photos. We had requested the fastest postal service, and they recommended USPS, charging us $89 for just two passport-sized photos. They assured us that they would deliver within two days that is Wednesday early morning.I carefully considered their suggestion and followed their instructions. However, when I arrived home, the tracking number indicated that the package was still in transit and will be delivered on Friday after 6:00 p.m. I don’t recommend this UPS store.
