  We started working with Home Instead over 6 months ago and are really pleased with their flexibility and communication. Daisy has been an incredible caregiver. She is kind, energetic, patient, and truly brings positivity into every day. She goes above and beyond to keep my dad active and engaged, always finding fun activities and exercises that are both enjoyable and beneficial. Her encouraging attitude and genuine care make a huge difference, and it’s clear she truly loves what she does. Anyone would be lucky to have Daisy as a caregiver. Editing my review to also recognize Alexa. She is so kind and was a huge help stepping in to cover during the last week. She has such positive energy. She is very caring and detail oriented. We are so grateful for her support!

  I can’t say enough about the level of care and compassion we experience with Rick. From the very beginning, it is clear that Rick doesn’t just see caregiving as a job—he truly cares about the people he supports. Every interaction is filled with patience, kindness, and genuine respect, which makes a difficult time feel much more manageable. What stands out most is Rick’s attention to detail. Whether he is ensuring medications are taken correctly, preparing meals thoughtfully, or simply offering companionship and conversation, everything is done with consistency and professionalism. There is also a strong sense of reliability—we always know we can count on Rick to show up on time and be fully present. Beyond the practical help, Rick brings an emotional warmth that makes a real difference. He takes the time to listen, to understand individual needs, and to adapt his care in a way that feels personal rather than routine. That human connection is something you can’t train easily, and it means everything to our family. I would wholeheartedly recommend Rick to anyone looking for a caregiver who combines skill, trustworthiness, and genuine compassion. He continues to make a lasting positive impact, and we are incredibly grateful for his support.

  We have been working with Home Instead for the last 8 months and they have been the best- they are very responsive even when we have a last minute request. They are great to work with.

  My caregiver Daisy C, has been super efficient and caring. Gentle when taking me to my appointments, really helpful when I need things getting done. And caring keeping me company and talking to me when watching over me.☺️☺️

  Gifting a senior during the holidays is truly one of my favorite programs. Martin did an incredible job and the process was so simple and smooth. The tree was set up and our customers were so excited and were heavily involved. Martin came frequently to pick up the gifts that were left in the box next to the tree. It was never overfilled and the customers really enjoyed it. If you are able I highly recommend working with Homestead as I truly feel they are passionate about their mission!
