  I went to UPS and I was fortunate to have Grace as the associate helped me. She listened well, showed empathy and helped me forward a package to a friend after an error of an online sales.

  I would strongly recommend avoiding this UPS Store at all costs. I’ve never experienced such a frustrating combination of hidden fees and unprofessional service. What should have been a simple transaction turned into a drawn-out process filled with random, unnecessary charges that were never clearly explained upfront. On top of that, the staff were incredibly rude and dismissive of my concerns in regards to the fees Instead of helping, they acted annoyed by basic questions and made the whole experience feel like a burden. Customer service is clearly not a priority here. There are plenty of other places to handle shipping and printing—save yourself the headache, wasted time, and extra money and go somewhere else.   Maria at this Cameron Park location is an absolute lifesaver. I was on a massive time crunch dealing with some highly sensitive, time-sensitive legal documents that had to go out immediately. Maria stepped right up, handled the mailing process flawlessly, and helped me get everything signed and sealed without a hitch. Incredible customer service, fast, and professional. She is the reason I will keep coming back to this location.
