  Called to inquire about catering for a large party (120 guests) and the kid answering the phone (after I called multiple times,) had no idea what I was talking about. I was never given contact info for owner/mgr. etc. When I asked why they don't pick up their phone he said "phones are in the back and we don't hear them." So, there goes trying to order catering for parties. Then, when we actually went into the Camarillo store it was much the same, dirty and hot and it took 15 min. for two small meals with no other guests waiting, once we got our food we decided to just eat it at home. So, I guess this place is just poorly run, and if the owner actually cared about his business he would be angry that it was in such poor shape but that's obviously not the case here. Very sad.

  I ordered 15 wings but only received 13. I’m not sure if this was an accident, but make sure the count number of wings before get it.

  First time I have ordered here. I noticed this store is only in the 3 star range….. so I took a leap of faith, and we were pleasantly surprised. I am giving 5 stars to help boost this store above 3.3 which is far too low for what we experienced. The order was complete, The Lemon Pepper corn was delicious, love the unique take on this side. The original wings were exactly as I had hoped for, that classic Franks-red hot flavor. The veggie sticks were delicious, just wish there were more. Food was hot , veggie sticks cold as they should not be hot ;) Blue cheese had just enough bits of cheese , overall very good.

  Horrible costumer service. No employees cared to pick up the phone even after calling several times. Honestly I have NEVER experienced such a bad form of costumer service!! Don’t waste time or money on this location.
