  I came in 5 minutes before closing after coming back from the VC Fair. I was greeted with a friendly hello and I asked if I could place a to go order. The team member said that the registers were closed since they were about to close but said I could try placing an online order. I got my phone really quick and placed an order and these kind workers worked on my order for an extra 15 mins after closing. I felt very appreciative and let him know that it was very nice of him to even offer that I could place an online order so late. He said of course, that they were happy to help. This was great customer service and the wings and fries were really great too. Thank you!!!✌️&💖

  Called to inquire about catering for a large party (120 guests) and the kid answering the phone (after I called multiple times,) had no idea what I was talking about. I was never given contact info for owner/mgr. etc. When I asked why they don't pick up their phone he said "phones are in the back and we don't hear them." So, there goes trying to order catering for parties. Then, when we actually went into the Camarillo store it was much the same, dirty and hot and it took 15 min. for two small meals with no other guests waiting, once we got our food we decided to just eat it at home. So, I guess this place is just poorly run, and if the owner actually cared about his business he would be angry that it was in such poor shape but that's obviously not the case here. Very sad.

  Horrible costumer service. No employees cared to pick up the phone even after calling several times. Honestly I have NEVER experienced such a bad form of costumer service!! Don’t waste time or money on this location.
