  Horrible store. Waited 15 minutes past time for opening and NO ONE SHOWED UP. NO sign on the door explaining why, had multiple people standing in the heat waiting to get in. There are much better UPS Stores in the area to use.

  Very disappointing experience. I had an Amazon return that needed to be processed at a UPS Store. The box was very large and weighed over 50 pounds, so it was not easy to transport. When I brought it to the counter, the clerk told me their system was “having issues” and the return QR code would not go through. They told me to come back later, but could not say when the system would be working again. I asked if they could hold the package, print the QR code, and scan it once their system was back up. They said they “couldn’t do that.” So, because of an issue with their system, I was expected to haul a very large package back home and return at some unspecified time. I explained that this was highly inconvenient, but the staff did not seem concerned or willing to help. I won’t be returning to this location. I would recommend going to another UPS Store in the area, especially if you have a large or difficult return. There is another nearby location that has been much more accommodating and customer-focused.

  The staff at this UPS Store are extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I also love the option of shipping things 7 days a week.

  Do not go to this store on Sunday. Their opening time was NOT same as they posted. You can wait 15-30 min after 11:00am on Sunday. Nobody apologized from the store for being late. I CALLED THIS "DISRESPECTFUL"!
