  I was in the store recently and experienced absolutely terrible service. They act like you’re bothering them to even walk into the store. I had dropped off a package for next day air, I tracked the package the next day and it had not been delivered. I called UPS and they said it was never given to the driver. I went to the store and a girl with black hair and a West Coat Chopper shirt on said : well I wasn’t here yesterday. I asked her to look for my package and she refused. She said if I needed to be sure it went next day I should have had the package picked up at my house. It wasn’t until another customer said I should insist that they look for the package that the girl went in the back, retrieved the package and tossed it on the lobby floor. I took it to a different UPS center and it was delivered the next day.

  I really appreciate Joseph and Daniel there always laughing and very talkative. Great employees highly recommend going Saturday when there working.

  Great store if Joseph or Daniel is helping you. They always make it easy and get me and out quick as possible. They even print my email and tape my package.
