    honestly one of the nicest and busiest Subway locations I’ve been to. The place was really clean even with how packed it was. The young man and woman working were super fast and organized, and it was honestly impressive to watch even with a long line I got my food in less than 10 minutes and my sandwich was actually made really good instead of all squished lol. Some people in line were getting rude and impatient too, but they still kept a good attitude the whole time. It’s actually nice seeing Central Plaza getting busier now with all the construction and new businesses around. Definitely check out the small businesses nearby too and stop by Nekter after if you want a sweet treat or drink. Overall just a really good experience!!

    Came here and the two female employees, one who claimed to be a manager, told me I couldn't get marinara on my subway because it's exclusive to meatball sandwiches ONLY. I was so thrown off I asked how come. The other employee jumped in and said "shes the manager" i said "i didnt ask who she was, im asking if this is a new policy just so i can better understand why i cant get marinara, i will pay extra" . The manager then proceeded to say it's a new policy, even though a week ago at this exact same location they made me a sub no issues just the way I was asking for it today. Over all, so many details to share about the vulgar language these employees used towards my husband, myself, and my daughter. I'm not one to fight, especially over a sub, but I am one to speak up when someone tries to shut me up and get aggressive when all I asked was a simple how come. Anyway, I wanted to share that the subway down by the Starbucks by the train tracks in Camarillo is AWESOME! We drove there right after, I asked if I could still get marinara on any sub before i ordered, the employees there said OF COURSE and here I am, showing proof to those two employees that YES you guys can still put marinara on ANY subway, you two ladies just DIDNT WANT TO. Subway do better in hiring friendly and decent people, not confrontational ones.

    I just moved to Camarillo and was so happy to discover that my new local Subway was probably the best location I’ve ever visited. Geraldine was holding down the fort alone at the time I popped in and I’ve never seen anyone multitask as quickly and effectively as she did, whilst still managing to be really friendly. My husband and I have eaten the same sub for years at locations all over the country, and this was the best we’d ever had :0)

    We are regulars at this location and during our most recent visit, the music on the store intercom was very high volume on a station that played the most vile, inappropriate music you can imagine. I walked into the restaurant with my boys and the lyrics on the "song" that was playing (loudly) was laced with the "F" word and phrases like "getting high" and worse...very explicit and totally inappropriate for a main-stream restaurant at lunch time. I was going to say something but then thought better of it as I did not want any "retaliation" coming my way (if you know what I mean). I'm not a prude, but this was totally inappropriate and uncalled for...VERY poor judgement on the part of the employees.

    I went in to grab dinner and i was in a good mood, the girl named Jetta that works there starts throwing stuff in my sandwhich multiple tomatoes stacked up instead of spread out and i asked her if she could fix it, she looked like she was already not happy about her job, and i get that this request probably annoyed her becuase she was making a sloppy sandwhich, then i get to pay and wanted to use my coupon becuase i am a subway club member then i add the coupon code and scanned my bar code for my app and asked her if the coupon went through she then said "Nope" then i asked can you check it and she said whatever you scanned went through with a terrible attitude then tells me i should "act my age" this honestly made me very upset and i got angry and was like excuse me where is your manager and the manager named Miriam was next to her and said that not to argue with a little girl and said the coupon was not used on the sale tuna sandwhich i said i know i was trying to use it on the other sandwhich and then it turned into a giant argument with and yes I will admit i did not rspond with the best reaction but this is terrible over $17 worth of food I have been going to this location for over 20 years and I will NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN due to the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DISREPECT and i really hope the owners take note of the type of things going on in their store
