Menu board advertised a 6 inch deli special for $4.99, add $3.00 for footlong. When Shama rang it up, she said it would be $9.59. I pointed to the menu board to show it should total $7.99. She tried to work the register, but said she couldn’t bring up that price, so I would have to pay $9.59. Unbelievable! The manager would rather throw the sandwich away rather than honor the price that THEY HAVE POSTED on their menu board! My next call is now to the various Consumer Protection Agencies. Beware of illegal business practices such as this one!

I’m not one to leave reviews but I had to say something about the service I received today. Garry was awesome and helped me out with my order and all the deals going on. He has such good energy and was just happy to be there which I love because we don’t see that often. One of the best subways i’ve gone to and Garry definitely helped with that. Way better than the other Subway down a couple streets and I will happily drive the extra 10 minutes to come here. I’ll be sure to visit again.

I hate to be that guy but customer service these days seems to be so hard to find. My pregnant wife got a foot long festive turkey sandwich and they put buffalo sauce instead of cranberry sauce. Okay that’s a mistake, no worries. So I go to the store to get a refund and we brought half of the sandwich in and threw away the other half. They then give us attitude about only bringing in half of the sandwich and not the bit out of other half. Like visibly getting upset at me about it instead of just making the sandwich. So I said if it was done right the first time we wouldn’t be having this conversation at all. So tired of these entitled people thinking that being rude to customers is just okay now. Like it’s your mistake my guy.
