Very disappointing customer service and return experience. My mother purchased a purse from the Michael Kors Camarillo Outlet on September 7, 2026. On September 15, only eight days later, I accompanied her to return it. The purse was unused and presented with its original tags, packaging, and receipt. Store employees refused to refund the $153.47 purchase to the debit card used and said they could only provide store credit. However, the receipt itself clearly states that Michael Kors will accept eligible items for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. The purse was sold at a promotional price and was not identified or marked as clearance or final sale. We should not have been denied the return when we had the original receipt and were well within the stated return period. I have contacted Michael Kors Corporate Customer Relations and hope they correct this. Customers should be able to rely on the return policy printed directly on their receipts.

The staff is incredibly friendly at this MK outlet. I didn't but anything this trip though. Still wanted to give a good review for the staff. ❤️
