  I placed my order online and called the store about two minutes later because I wanted to make a modification to my order. The employee, who I believe was the shift lead, put me on hold because a customer had walked into the lobby. After being on hold for about three minutes, she came back and told me my order was already ready. I was surprised because it had only been about five minutes since I placed the order. It doesn’t seem realistic that the order could have been freshly prepared that quickly. When I arrived to pick up my order, I mentioned that I had been put on hold and never given the opportunity to make the change. Instead, I was simply told the order was already completed. What concerns me even more is the quality of the wings. It appeared that the wings had already been cooked and were just being tossed in sauce when the order came in. The store advertises fresh-fried wings, but based on my experience, I question how long they had been sitting before being served. I used to visit this location frequently, but the lack of customer service, poor communication, and concerns about food freshness have left me very disappointed. Unfortunately, this experience has convinced me not to return.

  Not recommended, told us 10 to 15 min wait, but we had to wait for over 30 minutes and our food wasn't even warm. Sadly I did knock my food on the ground but I did taste some fries, overall definitely not recommended.

  Omg there is a new manager Kia. I mean from her greeting to the end of my visit, she made sure I felt welcomed and had everything in my order. And double checked it. Great customer service. The food was delicious but this time it was even more delicious because after that interaction i was in better spirits.
