  I have been coming here since it's been open and I never felt more joy and comfort in ordering lunch until I met Kia. I think her name is Shakia . She is amazing, recommended items, ensured my order was complete and correct, made me smile on some of my worst days. Truly a beautiful spirit with the kindness of an angel.

  I placed my order online and called the store about two minutes later because I wanted to make a modification to my order. The employee, who I believe was the shift lead, put me on hold because a customer had walked into the lobby. After being on hold for about three minutes, she came back and told me my order was already ready. I was surprised because it had only been about five minutes since I placed the order. It doesn’t seem realistic that the order could have been freshly prepared that quickly. When I arrived to pick up my order, I mentioned that I had been put on hold and never given the opportunity to make the change. Instead, I was simply told the order was already completed. What concerns me even more is the quality of the wings. It appeared that the wings had already been cooked and were just being tossed in sauce when the order came in. The store advertises fresh-fried wings, but based on my experience, I question how long they had been sitting before being served. I used to visit this location frequently, but the lack of customer service, poor communication, and concerns about food freshness have left me very disappointed. Unfortunately, this experience has convinced me not to return.

  Not a good place to eat, it is not clean at all. Keep yourself away from Calimesa WingStop. ☹️

  The place was dirty. I went in at 8pm and was told my food would be ready in 10 minutes.. I had to wait an hour.
