    drove over to drop off a return package and it was pretty quick in and out even though the line was long. the guy working the counter was nice but a little too serious like he was annoyed by everyone. wish they had a closer parking spot though, the lot is tiny and awkward to get out of.

    Always the most helpful, kind and thorough staff. I’m always greeted with a big hello and how’s the family. It’s nice to experience such a warm environment in a fairly busy store. I trust them with my mail and any important items I have coming in.

    I rather to drive to ups in kanan and don’t do any business with joe anymore.he is rude, rushed and dismissive. He is very aggressive with SOME customers and I don’t appreciate his act.
