    Was having a rough day. Instead of absorbing my irritation, David was cool and calm and relaxed. He presented me with yet another problem, but followed it up quickly with a solution and a smile. The other employees seemed great as well, but props must be given to David for holding down the good energy and solid customer service.

    After a terrible and toxic experience at the UPS Location at 20929 Ventura Blvd., Woodland Hills, I decided to go to this location to return some Amazon packages. There were extremely nice, helpful and quick. This will be my location moving forward. It was a far better experience than the store in Woodland Hills.
