  The staff is sooo friendly and welcoming. I’ve used other ups stores for Amazon returns and they act like it’s a chore to scan the package or QR code. I love coming to this store. Always a pleasure.

  Went in with a toddler and a push cart with a giant Amazon returns box. Toddler was restless, crying and wanted to be held while I was trying to balance him and the push cart, it wasn't very relaxing for me as you can imagine. The young man at UPS who helped me made it as stress free as possible! He was fast, friendly and great! I will definitely be back. Heads up to anyone, this is a tiny UPS location, if there's a line it quickly goes to the back of the store but the wait isn't too bad. Had I come just a minute later I would have had to wait outside the store, that's why I was super conscious of the store size - I would much rather we wait inside so the toddler is contained with walls and door and has little chance to dart into the road.
