I wouldn't recommend this place. They don't have great customer service. One of the associates at the front desk kept referring me as "boss" instead of "sir" since I am the customer. I politely told him to please refer to me as sir which obeyed. They I heard him giggle with another associate about my remark. I will not be using this UPS store

This small and almost unnoticeable UPS store in Burlingame, CA has the best service of any UPS store location. The staff are friendly while very professional and helpful to customers. They were patient even in my return mix ups. I highly recommended them and their store.

I walked in the store first thing in the morning and was greeted by Carlos. He helped me with a notary and a shipment. Carlos was very friendly, efficient and professional. I’ve been coming here for notaries ever since.
