  I have a UPS store right next to my office but I drive 15 minutes to come to the UPS on Howard just because I know they do things absolutely correct and incredible service at the same time!!!

  Love this UPS! My family and I come here weekly. The employees are super helpful, the line is never long, and the Amazon kiosk is such a time saver.

  I had to spend additional time contacting the company again to resolve an extra return barcode issue because the representative voided my original return barcode when I requested a return for a $6.56 plastic shipping bag. Now I don't know if I can still make a return for almost $200. I understand how the system works, but the representative’s attitude is why I left this review. No communication when I canceled the return; also, no willingness to help when I had trouble with the voided QR code, and I didn't know what was going on.
