  This was an Uber eats order from 5/24/2026 late in the afternoon of a 6 inch tuna sub with extra tuna along with three chocolate cookies. There were three issues: #1 – the bread was stale and dry and should’ve been discarded by the person preparing the sub. #2-there was no extra tuna, even though I was charged for it. #3 – the three chocolate cookies were stale and should also have been discarded by the person preparing the order. Subway is my favorite food chain and I order a tuna sub often when I travel which is also often. Rather than leaving me pleasantly satisfied, which has always been the case, this Subway® experience left me angry and feeling ripped off by a lackadaisical employee who felt there was no accountability.

  Closing time is listed as 10:00 PM, yet when I arrived at 9:00 PM to order food, I was told the restaurant was already closed. What makes this worse is that there were still customers inside being served while I was turned away. On top of that, the staff member was unnecessarily rude and even asked if I had a problem — which is honestly ironic given the situation. The only issue here is the misleading information and the attitude. If your kitchen closes earlier than your posted hours, then update it properly on maps and everywhere else. People don’t waste their time and come there for no reason. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. And as I’m writing this review, it’s currently 9:12 PM.

  The latina worker there was extremely rude and had an attitude. She did not give us time to look at the options.

  I went there to get a sandwich a sub of the day. And they were like we don’t have this deal then I asked for something else and he’s like oh we’re sorry we don’t have that bread now, why you guys are even in the business then? Just close down the store and go do something else. Subway as a company should take the franchise from them.
