I choose this location in particular even though I have another UPS store much closer to my house. This location has the best staff, so many people staffed to assist, and they’re friendly too. The employees at this location are the best and very helpful. Alan was awesome.

The best spot so far. I had an excellent experience. All workers are very knowledgeable and nice, but Alan is my favorite. I think he is future leader with his problem-solving skills and communication with customers.
Mike was amazing! Thank you for being so thorough!
Mikey was awesome. Very patient and helpful. Took time to carefully wrap fragile items.

Maaaan…. This place used to be ok till it got super corporate. I’ve had a mailbox with this place for about a decade (back when the location was across the street and Ron was the manager. He was a cool guy. Everyone that used to work there was cool). The move was a pain in the butt to change all of my stuff, considering I have this mailbox just to avoid having to move addresses. To renew the box, they wouldn’t let me downgrade Sizes and keep the same box number for some reason, so I have a bigger box than I need. (I can’t remember the circumstances, as it’s been a couple years). But it was annoying.
So I just went there after work to pick up a package I got a notice for, and the ups truck was still loading/unloading stuff in the back, and door was open and everything… but apparently they close at 6:30 and since it was 6:38 they wouldn’t get my package for me. Have we lost all decency as a society that they couldn’t just grab the box real quick? And seriously, what kinda inconvenient pseudo-bankers-hours is this 6:30 nonsense?
I prepaid my box for a few years, but definitely will be getting a different address and box, and not renewing this one, if this is the way they treat customers.
