  Alan at Riverside Dr UPS in Burbank is a lifesaver. He was patient, knowledgeable, helpful and kind on a day when I needed to ship many bulky packages internationally. 11 stars out of 10, just terrific customer service.

  This store is great. The people who work here are quality people. So kind, so helpful. I’ve been to other UPS stores and been very unimpressed but this one is 5 stars.

  I came to this location today to ship a package to a friend. I wanted to make sure that the posters I was sending wouldn't be shipped getting damaged or torn. All staff were helpful, but Alan in particular was the best. He was super friendly and I can tell that he knows about the importance of Customer Experience!

  Yet another amazing Guest Servicing UPS Store. This sizeable location has a fantastic shredding service -- SHRED NATIONS certified for sensitive documents -- that I used for the first time. No more stress in my mind of days trying to shred papers, my small shredder heating-up, dealing with throwing-away even bigger bags of shredded paper, and weeks of my life down-the-drain. It's moderately expensive, but for the peace of mind in my world completely worth it. $ 1 / lb unless venue charges more. This UPS STORE on Almaden has an amazing lead employee named Alan who rocked it in kindness, assistance, and even suggested available discounts like AAA as well as the SPRING actually being a big discount time. It was $ 2 / lb at this UPS Store the Shredding Co partner .... and worth every penny in my books. And that shredding company "Shred Nation" should give Alan a triple gold star!!! He let me use their company cart to luggage the heavy bags of sensitive papers from my car to the store. He told me about Discounts as noted and asked if I had a AAA card -- who does that ever?!! I do btw... He helped me dump all the papers into the this slot ... I stayed as we both -- Alan and I -- put all my highly sensitive documents into the little slit of the bin, which he then explained is picked-up every 2 weeks or when full. Shred Nations has credentials for safely processing highly sensitive info. A++ . . Especially thanks to the UPS's hard working Alan. I'm so grateful this shredding system exists, and someone so helpful and informed was at the helm. Paid, dumped & went to live the rest of my life. Thank you!
