  I came in here needing help returning a kitchen appliance. There was styrofoam involved and two boxes. I couldn’t figure it out on my own at all so I brought everything in. Tooraj was so sweet he helped me fit everything perfectly together and set everything up for me to fit perfectly. This is my go to ups store and I frequent it often. The customer service is always amazing but today’s was above and beyond it left me feeling greatly appreciative.

  Best UPS store around my neighborhood. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. There notary is always available. I strongly recommend.

  I went in about a month ago to ship out two small boxes (each about 14”x4”x4”) which were Amazon returns. Amazon stated no box and no packaging slip required. The lady said that since the two boxes were being shipped together, they’d need to be boxed. She didn’t care what Amazon stated. I said, “okay, these are small boxes, can you please just tape them together?” She said, “yes, but if we use our tape, it’ll cost $10.” $10 for 12 inches of tape?! 🤣🤣 I could buy a three back for $10. Luckily I had some tape in the car and taped it myself. Literally 12 inches of packing tape is all that was needed. I used to do a lot of business at this location, but I think new owners took for about a year ago or so, and I stopped going there because of stuff like this. A friend of mine used this location for years, and stopped about the same time as I did because he wasn’t receiving the same service as before and was being charged for ridiculous things that he was never charged for before. He ships about 60-80 items a week. He now uses USPS, even though he preferred UPS.

  I do not recommend using the notary service at this UPS Store. I paid $60 to have SBA documents notarized, then $101 to record them at the county courthouse. After recording, the SBA notified me that one document was missing the notary’s stamp. I had to get everything notarized again and pay to record the documents a second time. This mistake cost me time and money. If you need important documents notarized, I recommend going somewhere else.
