  I came in to mail a few items (a framed picture and a one of a kind decoration) from my mom's house after she passed away. I thought the person helping was being thoughtful and knew what she was doing. After everything was paid for, I asked if she was going to need the packing peanuts I brought to make sure either one wouldn't break in transit back home, she told me she had it covered and it would be good to go. Well, today those items arrived and they were both destroyed! I am completely heart broken! Not only did it cost damn near $150 to ship, but these are items that cannot be replaced. Great way to remember the dead

  Narciso was an excellent help to me today mailing a package back to Amazon. He was very kind and went beyond the call of duty to help me box up the item. Need more people around like him. Good location. Thank you so much NARCISO

  I went to ups for an Amazon return, and I couldn’t help but be so thankful for the great customer service. The representative that helped was Henry. He explained the process and helped me return my package. I will continue to work with this ups store because of its great customer service!

  Convenient location, but lacks parking...or at least on a Saturday afternoon, no parking was convenient even at a public (pay to park) lot. Also, just dropping of a package with completed, prepaid shipping, was not available, or the counter person was reluctant to take the package.
