  I have been so grateful for the convenience of this store since it opened, but today was special. I had a fakakta return to amazon and through my inability to complete a simple task, we just couldn’t get the label to print. Michelle was the epitome of patience and resourcefulness through, and her cheery attitude was just what was needed. Thank you Michelle!

  Very welcoming experience! Of all the packages I have delivered and shipped at UPS, Michelle and Vanessa made sure everything was in order with a precise certainty. Additionally, I had a very human and friendly conversation with both. I will definitely be shipping my packages here!

  I just received the best customer service ever! It was so pleasant dealing with Michelle from the UPS store located at the Alameda shopping center location next to Pavilions. I had so many returns and Services that I needed and she helped me the whole entire time with a smile. I appreciate it when employees are kind and pleasant to deal with. I always have a wonderful experience at this location. So happy to have this UPS store near me. I hope the owner gets to see this because he should commend Michele for her exceptional Customer service demonstrated tonight. Thank you for your wonderful help today Michelle!!!
