  The gentleman working the shift today (Jun 2, 12.15pm) was outstanding — friendly, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. So far this has been the best experience I’ve had at any UPS Store. I normally don’t leave reviews for places like this because generally just expect a basic level of service. But today I was genuinely impressed, so I decided to take the time to write one.

  Fast and easy place to handle your shipping needs. I was also able to get some papers notarized, which was super convenient and easy.

  I got to say, I’m surprised this store has a rating this low. And it’s not like I didn’t have any issues, I actually did, but they were caused by UPS corporate, not this store - and still the manager made sure to take good care of me, and did so promptly. To me working on issues is one of the most important indicators of a good business. Mistakes happen to everyone, but it’s how we handle them!
