  I honestly have to say Ms. Marina is the best person ever she's super sweet and reminds me of what people should be like although im not from burbank and was passing through she made me feel at home

  Ordered on the app and no one was here! I'm at the store now (been here for 25 mins waiting) and it shows online and on the sign here at their store that they don't close for another 1.5 hours. But it's locked and empty. No signage saying they close early, without warning. No excuses. Horrible. My order still was processed. Had to request a refund from subway corporate letting them know the story. Do better owners.
