  I placed an online order through the Subway app because it was offering a Buy One Footlong, Get One Free promotion. After placing my order, I went into the store and politely asked if they could add a few veggies to one of the sandwiches because I had accidentally forgotten to select them when ordering. Instead of helping, the employee responded by saying, “You’re getting Buy One, Get One Free and you’re asking for extra veggies?” That comment was rude, unnecessary, and made me feel unwelcome over a simple request. The customer service was extremely disappointing. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—just a small correction after placing my order. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

  Didn't eat the food. Server touched things without gloves. Before putting on gloves he touched the paper where he places the sandwich. Asked him to change the paper and he became very rude and spoke to me like I was his child. Didn't appreciate it at all. I left. Dont need to spend money where I'm treated badly.

  The sign says open till 11:30. I get here at 11:10 and they're closed. I hate businesses that do that. Just say you close at 11:00. I wasted my time coming over here

  Today, Monday March 2nd @11:11pm a male decided to say he can not allow us to get steak with a coupon that clearly DOES NOT EXCLUDE steak, my coupon is not valid for steak apparently, while almost everything else IS EXCLUDED and it clearly does not state in the coupon that, I've used multiple times for the same sandwich never changed, yet now I'm NOT ALLOWED to get it. Keep in mind the only reason I buy subway is because of the coupons and deals, so I always read the fine print and I understand some locations, have restrictions that coupons don't say, though I've gone to this location for quite some time with a variety of similar or the same coupon.
