  I recently had a disappointing encounter with UPS customer service, specifically with an assistant manager who exhibited extremely rude behavior. Not only was she loud and abrasive, but she also failed to listen to my concerns as a customer. Despite attempting to explain my issue calmly and clearly, she continuously talked over me and seemed disinterested in finding a solution. This experience left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. UPS needs to address their customer service training to ensure that all staff, especially those in managerial roles, prioritize listening to and respecting the concerns of customers. I will definitely boycott this specific store from now on with such arrogant people!!

  I was going to print out some copies and wasn’t expecting to spend more than $10, I accidentally printed it out with color and did not know it was color although I was the only one in the store, they did not warn me about the copies being in color instead of regular paper. After my copies were printed, I asked them why my paper was hard and she explained why, they said they couldn’t do anything and I had to pay $30 for those stupid copies. I asked if I can at least get binder clips to hold my papers together and they said I had to pay for that too. They seemed like they also didn’t know what they were doing because usually whenever I go in, the old guy that is usually there is very helpful and fun to talk to and would NEVER LET ME PAY FOR BINDER CLIPS TO HOLD MY PAPERS.
