ordered pick up for door dash because it says they are open, went to the location and all lights are on with people inside but door is locked and no one would open the door. their website is open for orders and door says they don’t close until 8 but it’s only 7pm.

The girls are very arrogant who work there, they don’t change the glove on request. They argued asking why they were supposed to change, after clearly explaining that they were making a veggie sub after making meat sub for someone else. Their logic “ tuna is not meat” I don’t really care what that is, but change the glove when customer requests you kindly. 👎

The sunway on Balfore Road in Brentwood was a clean and inviting place. The sub of thr day we had looked like the adds they post rather then the ones most of their storrs make. The owner was very friendly. we have been there before and will go back again
