  This place doesn’t deserve a single star. They are a bunch of rude people and their management is even worse. I don’t know how they are still in business. I had a horrible experience at this place. They made a simple shipping process worse than going through TSA at the airport. The snobs at this place will make you go anywhere else to ship your package but here. Don’t waste your time to go here.

  I was just speaking to a representative and he kept on dropping the phone on me, pretending it to be network problem, I called again the same person picked it when he realized it was me again he just dropped the phone on me immediately, my call is concerning a package I dropped off at Brentwood Lonetree way at exactly 8am, and by 1:27pm it says DELIVERED, this package is going to Texas from California there’s no way it can be delivered within few hours it not even an express it a FedEx ground and since then I was unable to talk to a representative. This is unacceptable

  My drop off was quick and simple. They have a kiosk where you scan your item and drop it into the mailbox. An employee still came over to assist me which I appreciated.

  First time using FedEx and had an amazing experience at the Brentwood location thanks to Paula! She jumped in to help me right away, figured out the best box for my shipment, and packed it perfectly. She is so polite, clearly passionate about her work, and was incredibly kind to my little one. Amazing service, keep it up Paula!
