  I had 4 boxes dropped off at this UPS location for shipment. All four were scanned and accepted by the staff at the store. However, two of the boxes were never scanned beyond that point and have apparently been lost. The other 2 boxes took between 4-8 weeks for delivery. Despite multiple follow-up attempts with this store, I have received no communication or assistance. It has now been 10 months of trying to get UPS to investigate and resolve the issue, with no progress. The lack of communication, accountability and support for a resolution has been beyond frustrating and has been very costly.

  This UPS store is incredibly helpful. Every employee with whom I've had contact in the many times I've been there has been friendly, patient and efficient. They assist people quickly but also patiently. They are great!

  Even if there is a different ups on a more convenient route for me I will always come to this UPS only because the Staff is so friendly and always willing to help. I have never lost a package here in the five years. I have been coming here. And Staff is always so willing To accommodate for their customer. They are the busiest UPS store and it makes sense why!!
