  I fell in love with their rose gold perlee wedding band but really wanted to see it in person to make sure. With the wedding so close, I did not have time to order it and get a new one if I did not like it. Luckily, my Husband (Fiancé at the time) was in the area for work so he stopped by the store and the sales associate let us FaceTime and everything. She answered all my questions and helped make sure I loved it and it was the right size. She even shipped it from the store to the house so my husband did not have to deal with it when traveling. She really helped make it a wonderful experience and 100% confident in my decision.

He helped me navigate a situation involving a ring I had purchased and made the entire process feel completely seamless and stress-free.   I was looking for a necklace, but it was not available when I visited. Jackie told me she would contact me if it came in stock, and she did within a day. Even though it was her day off, she arranged for Kimberly to look after us. Both Jackie and Kimberly were friendly, professional, and very helpful. They made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Very happy with my necklace and the excellent customer service. Thank you!
