  I came in to print 2 black-and-white pages and a few color pages and asked for pricing beforehand. I was told the per-page cost, but NO one disclosed an additional “email service” fee. Just told me “sure please send it to our email here” The color printer wasn’t working and took a long time, so I was told they would only charge me for the black-and-white pages, which should have been about over 50 cents. Instead, I was charged $2.50, and only after questioning it was I told about an email fee that was never mentioned upfront. On top of that, the staff member had a dismissive attitude and seemed unsure of their own pricing. If fees are mandatory, they need to be clearly explained before printing — not revealed after the charge. This was frustrating, time-wasting, and poorly handled. I won’t be returning and would recommend going elsewhere unless you want surprise charges.

  Saved me so much trouble and so grateful for the staff there, I messed up and mistakenly got a package sent there without having the chance to set up a box, and they looked out for me and had it set aside for me as soon as I came back a few days after initially inquiring about it. Above and beyond stuff
