  The FedEx team here is always courteous and professional. Great place for quick copies and shipments at a reasonable price. Find it easier to use FedEx for packages than USPS.

  This location in specific gave me incorrect information and overcharged me; the employee wasn't at all new and yet pretended to not know about the flat rate express boxes, forced me to pay for a box when I didn't need to, and then had me pay a rate higher than what I was asking for. I verified all this by going to a different location nearby in Beverly Hills off Olympic (where they apologized for this locations behavior - I strongly suggest going to the Olympic location nearby instead of they're open). I'm a bit disgusted at this whole affair, as I didnt have the time to repack my items in the cheaper free box when all was said and done, and still needed to make use of the box I paid for, with Fedex showing no interest in recompensing me for their very out of the norm poor service. So fair warning, stay away from this location, they will rip of you off or pretend to be misinformed enough to overcharge you and I sense I'm not the only one who has had this experience.

  I’m writing to commend Cherisse at the FedEx Kinkos on the 9000 block of Wilshire Blvd, Beverly Hills, for her exceptional service. When my USB drive was labeled “unreadable” by other staff, Cherisse took initiative, resolved the issue, and printed my materials in time for a critical job fair—all while managing another customer’s order. With over 30 years in public service, I recognize her outstanding problem-solving, multitasking, and leadership potential. Cherisse clearly elevates the customer experience and would be a strong candidate for a managerial role. Thank you for acknowledging her excellent work.
