  Very unhelpful. UPS itself is not a bad parcel service, but at least one person at this store does not want to help you. It was listed as the destination my package would be sent to if delivery failed, so 9am today I walked in and showed the guy behind the counter my tracking number and asked him if he could help figure out where my package was. He said "what's that?" I said "its a UPS tracking number". He said: "you can track it yourself". I left with no information. If you want to send or receive parcels pick another location. Update: I went back at 12 and the older guy who opened the store and was rude to me was away, a younger guy with a beard was present and much more helpful. I got my package.

  I never had a problem utilizing the shipping services of UPS. It was always great! Efficient!

  Double parked ups trucks create a hazardous situation for cars and pedestrians crossing Solano Ave. I witnessed a near miss and informed the fellow at the counter and suggested that the driver park legally. His response was shameful and unkind. He simply laughed and the driver said tough luck. Do not patronize.
