  A word of warning that they'll charge you $1 just to print a single page here, plus a $4 "service fee", and another $4 for a single strip of tape to seal your package. Needless to say, I walked out without doing any of that, and you should too. UPDATE: The owner's response to this review is as ridiculous as their policies. Trying to justify a sheet of printed paper and a strip of tape for $9 is laughable. I stand by my review – save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.

  The store seems to be hiding what their real hours are. There is a large sign posted in the window which shows the "official" hours, which are 8:00-6:00 on weekdays and a little different on weekends. There is no mention on this sign of the store closing for lunch. However, if you do happen to go between 12:00 and 1:00 on a weekday, you will find the store closed, with a typed, printed letter on the door explaining that they are closed for lunch from 12:00 to 1:00 on weekdays. If you go back after lunch, you will find that this sign has been taken down and is sitting on a counter nearby, where it is unlikely to be noticed by anyone. I took a photo of the sign while it was up, but you can ONLY see this sign up during lunch, in my experience. It seems that they don't want anyone to know that they are closed for lunch, unless you have the misfortune to show up during lunch. Then you find out. Edit: in response to the store's response: A month ago on this forum you told Kimberly Groebner that you would "look into this further." I guess you didn't.

  The people that work there are really patient (especially slogging through my returns). They assisted me in getting a mailbox which is helpful because it’s virtually impossible to get deliveries at my apartment. I use the services there fairly consistently and feel satisfied with my service.
