The sign on the wall states their pros will package your items. I arrived with a box just needing to be sealed with packing tape. Their "pros" directed me to purchase a roll of packing tape and tape it myself. I ship things all the time with FedEx, I have never had a staff member refuse to spend 20 seconds to apply tape at no cost. If their management is directing employees to do this to increase sales, they can use additional customer service training. If not maybe they need to pay their employees enough for them to care.

My office away from my office anywhere I am. Allows me to print while I'm in the field without having to all the way back to my office.

I had my wedding welcome sign printed here. Dee was very kind and helpful, and even took the time to show me how to use the paper cutter. The print turned out fantastic and was available early. Clean location. Highly recommend!
