  I called an hour before they closed to ask if they could print two large posters for a conference. I needed it done immediately. Juan said each one takes 20 min to print, but he could get it done if I come in right away. I got my posters right before they closed. Big thank you to Juan for getting it done. FedEx also has pretty low prices for poster printing relative to other print shops in the area.

  First off, I wanna preface this by saying I’ve been a long time FedEx office customer at the Shattuck location from back when I attended Berkeley city. Last week, my mom recently went in to print some court documents . She isn’t very computer literate and also hard of hearing so she needs extra help. Jorge was the one who assisted her and from what my mom told me, he was so nasty towards her. Saying comments under his breath and at one point said “I have other projects to work on, I can’t hold your hand the whole time.” My mom forgot to print her receipt on the self service printers and Jorge made her seem like an inconvenience for asking for it to be retrieved. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT ELDERLY PEOPLE. The employees at this location need to learn how to speak to people with RESPECT. And I pity whoever has to work with that guy! I’ll be doing my printing elsewhere from here on out
