If you don’t expect respect to costumer and being rude with some attitude then this is the right place. The manager is extremely arrogant however the employee took care of my business after manger refusing to print my documents. Very poor management and costumer service.

I visited this FedEx Office Print & Ship Center around 6 p.m., and Perla provided truly outstanding customer service. She helped me with a full-service print job that required careful attention to detail, making sure the front-to-back alignment was correct on a tricky double-sided project.
Even while assisting other customers, she remained friendly, courteous, and attentive. She continued checking in with me, making adjustments, and ensuring the proof was exactly right before printing. I really appreciated her professionalism, patience, and excellent customer service.

I use FedEx for work weekly. I'm in the state working a political campaign, and I use FedEx copy services for copies of voter registrations, to add to petition signatures, as legally required. I've been in California for 3 months and I've used FedEx all over Kern County, Ventura County, San Francisco County, Riverside County, and Orange County. I had the displeasure of meeting Carlos today. I came in 5 minutes before closing and it was clear he was upset that I was there. He informed me that he is a 4-year employee who not only has never seen my company coupon code but would not accept it. He also refused print my copies for me, insisting that his system has been down all day. Highly unlikely. Instead he insisted I use the self-service kiosk, which does not allow you to pay for this specific amount of copies you need but instead takes a flat rate and puts a hold on your card. I informed him I would be leaving him a one-star review and he told me how awesome he was. It's obvious why this is only a three star location, and in my opinion, that's being generous.

Don't schlep your prelabeled ready-to-send packages to this location anywhere near closing time and expect them to help you. Apparently "6:00" means "whenever they feel like it."
