  had a friendly experience with the staff altho the phone was too pricy. they registered me with samsung without my consent despite my asking and expressing that i have been avoiding it on purpose. they did not give me the password they created cuz i've never had one. she was just following corporate policy and has no clue what i was asking and didnt bother to clarify. so i had to factory data reset my phone the next day & start over.

  Got to store it's closed for 30 minutes to return a phone bought yesterday that didn't work. Ended up paying another 25.00 Activation fee because it's not refundable is what they said...... Makes no sense.... Don't go there !!! Customer service sucks!!!!!
