  I ordered a 20 piece meal for my family that comes with four sauces. I decided to get the wings plain because my kids don’t like the sauce on the wings. They wanted it on the side so they can dip the young Indian worker who barely spoke English refused to give me sauces because he said if we don’t toss the wings in them, you’re not allowed to have them on the side even after I paid for them and the meal says it comes with four sauces not to mention right after I did my order, I called the location to see if they received the order online and to update them on the sauces that I wanted because it doesn’t give you the option on the app the phone Just rings And nobody picks up. I drove to the location to pick up my food. I was on hold for almost 25 minutes from the time I ordered it from the time I picked up my order. I walked in and I was still on hold and you can hear the phone just ringing and the manager‘s response was we’re too busy to pick up the phone. If you don’t order in store we don’t care about your business or order. not to mention that the place was filthy trash everywhere and it smelled horrible like B.O Worst location I’ve ever been to this type of service should not be allowed in Benicia in our community

  This was my first time ordering from here, and to be honest, I was really disappointed. The chicken didn’t taste or feel fresh. The breading seemed soggy instead of crispy, and it honestly tasted like it had been made the day before and simply reheated before being served. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again. Also, I ordered Lemon Pepper and Hawaiian flavors, but I could barely tell the difference because they were placed in the same box. The sauces and flavors mixed together, so each flavor lost its own taste.

  This is the only halal wingstop in the Bay Area! Owner is Egyptian. Service was good and food was delicious.
