  Terrible. I got my package sent here & they claimed that it wasn't delivered there even though I received a notification saying that it had been delivered. They misplaced my package. I was told that they wouldn't charge me the 5 dollars or whatever & they did. They need to refund. Exceedingly disorganized management & staff. I would at least appreciate a refund since they did in fact charge me for holding my package when they said they wouldn't charge me after misplacing my package.

  Owner Overcharges. Don’t go here for printing it’s 2.78 for 1 copy… while everywhere else only charges .20 cents. Don’t waste your money, don’t go to UPSZ

  I've been coming here for many years. Infact, I have a post box here. Sudha and her Staff are wonderful and always kind and helpful. They're very knowledgeable about the services offered and will work with you to help accomplish your needs.

  Don’t use this location for receiving items. I’ve never had anything but positive experiences with UPS for returns but I paid extra to have a special gift held at this location as I wasn’t sure I would be home and didn’t want it stolen off the porch during the holiday season. The owner I believe, Sudha, first signed for it, then refused my package and it was returned to sender one day after they told me it was lost at the store even though they had my address and I actually asked them to deliver it to my house and told customer service I would pay an additional fee for changing it again if it turned up. At his store I attempted pickup twice and I gave my contact info to call me as soon as it showed up and begged them not to return to sender if it did. None of our money (expedited shipping or add on fees) were refunded and they were not kind or knowledgeable and actually hung up on me once while I was still asking a question about what I could do on its original delivery date of the 26th. I was kind and patient at every interaction but I’m really disappointed in this store I thought would be a safe access point for my holiday package and will reconsider using UPS as a whole myself. Avoid at all costs.
