  Poor management. Wants to charge $1 per box for using their tape. If I could give them a negative star, I will. Really? Never been to a UPS where they charge you money for using 1” of the tape. Poor service. Cheap management. The owner was yelling at the employee on how to vacuum. Go figures Will never come back.

  The staff at this UPS location are always helpful, professional and friendly. They are inundated with Amazon returns. They offer bag drop off so that they can use previously used shipping bags for future Amazon returns. This action demonstrates respect for our planet and goes a long way in the reduce, reuse and recycle efforts.

  Rude and unhelpful. Dropped off a package to return to a store, and UPS claims the driver never picked it up. I went to the store to ask them to track it and was told that once the slap the label on the box it's out of their hands. They didn't offer to track it, and didn't offer to look into whether it had been picked up. Don't use this store if you can help it.
