  Got a clown for an employee making sandwiches with ear pods on... bread was old... made a terrible sandwich. Stay away from this subway. Probably the first really bad review I have ever left because I am furious at that terrible employee.

  I would have given 0 stars but I had to give 1 just to get to this page. I took a chance going in here to save time but it was business as usual. I already knew their sandwiches were the worst made out of any Subway between Vallejo and Benicia. I was hoping for the best I quess. I went in on a Friday morning when no one was in line. I stood at the counter and watched the lady roll a full tray of bread into a mixture for about 5 mins. then put it on the rack. She then proceeded to start on the second tray without saying hello, be right with you, or welcome in. This happened all while her music ( I'm thinking Iranian) was blasting in the background. There was no way I'd give one dime to someone as rude as this. The Subway in Vallejo on Redwood has a guy there I think of the same background but he is fantastic, friendly, and makes the best sandwiches ever. I was a Chef (not a cook) for about 20 years and I never eat mean peoples food. If you want to be disappointed with rude service, this is the place for you. I'll never go back because I was too out done.

  Terrible customer service. Had to finish his own lunch before serving customers. No interaction. Sloppily made sandwich by an indifferent employee (can't imagine that this is his franchise).
