  The blond lady employee is rude, I had a pick up order since the app said so, blond lady said she can't find it even though on the app it clearly says it's ready for customer pick up. the Indian lady was trying to get my information and phone number so they can give me notifications when it's ready for pick up, but they didn't get any of my information. I'm upset, I even tried to call to check if the package is there and drops the call. Idk, if this is normal behavior but none of my issues were resolved, or even provided alternative approaches. I don't know who to believe, but this is not the service I expected. I even called off today to make time picking up the package. A wasted time off over picking up a package. EDIT: Only editing it to 4 stars because the Indian lady was great and explained the situation hours later. She reached out to me, called me, and said they were having system issues. If only they said that at the beginning, I would have gladly returned at a different time. The blond lady blatantly lying to me about not receiving the package, instead of telling me they won't be able to accommodate me for an unknown amount of certain of time due to system issues, would have been better for me. She could have even suggested that I return later or tomorrow so they don't waste my time waiting for their system to work again. I may be upset or irritated but if they don't have the tools to assist me right now, I wouldn't have such a negative experience. Indian lady is great.

  Blond girl is rude. Only ever been nice to the workers there, but I've been laughed at twice now for asking questions about complicated returns. I don't mind quick to the point service, but I don't think they should be laughing at customers. Only go there because it's convenient. Giving more than one star because of that and the fact that they used to have nice employees. Would be one if not for them.

  Muy mala experiencia con las dos mujeres que están a cargo de esta oficina de UPS ANJANA KALRA manager notary y MICHAELA me Habló de forma Grosera ambas se negaron de darme el servicio de notaría de una Autorización de trámite escrita en inglés sin darme explicación Racistas I regret to have to say that Notary Anjana Kalra refused to provide me with service without a valid reason; she treated me disrespectfully and was extremely ill-mannered.
