  Call talk to one of the workers named Alicia. She had me on hold for 10 minutes. I had to go in told her and she just acted like nothing and they were not busy. too busy talking to coworker. Don’t go there if you want good Service the way it should be.

  I did an online order on 9/15/26 to pick up in store since I was on my way to work. I couldn’t eat the wings that I ordered because a lot of them had feathers on them which to me means the chicken wasn’t cleaned properly. Also the wings were not really seasoned they tasted like they were fried in old oil. I tried to eat like 3 but I had to end up throwing all my wings away because I was getting grossed out from pulling cooked feathers off my wings. I will never come to this wingstop again.

  "Way too salty tonight—fries and boneless wings both overloaded. Felt intentional, though I hope it wasn’t. Won’t be back to this location."

  I was disappointed when I called in to order the chicken sandwich meal, but discovered I can only up to five wings, when it used to be more.
