  Really bad experience… I don’t usually leave reviews but I worked in phones before and she said we could activate an eSIM on an iPhone X and 8 which isn’t possible. She was saying we just have to pay for a new sim card although we just did that at a different store. Really unfortunate that there was attitude from the employee when all we wanted to do was understand what she was doing instead of having to just pay. She also just clicked accept on all the prompts instead of letting us read the screen before accepting. Super unprofessional
