  Returning an item, and I was in and out of the store within less than a minute! Natalia was incredibly sweet, very fast, and I left the store within less than a smile! 😊 thank you UPS! 🙏

  Definitely won't be going back! Worst customer service! Lisa is just rude, trying to make me pay for something that I didn't have to pay for! She said "since it's an expensive item that you are sending we have to charge you a fee" even after explaining to her that the place I was sending to had already paid for all the shipping fees and everything! After a bit of going back and fourth I didn't pay but she was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude, like girl if u dont like ur job leave and find something u do like, if ur having a bad day it has nothing to do with me! Sad part is it's not even the first time she acts rude like she owns the place and hates everyone!

  very unprofessional staff members they ripped up my box and took out the items out of my wrapped packaged they I found out from ups corp office that this is unethical process they apologize for my experience at this store, shame on management and its employees I wouldn't recommend this privately own business and its employees, terrible service.

  The people were super helpful and helped me with all my concerns, they even advised me to double check something very important before I sent out my items, so I left the store and came back when I had that information, which I’m glad I did that or I possibly would had a problem. So I am thankful for there knowledge, I took a video of what I sent out, so the company I was sending this out to would have proof I did send it out, and the people at this store didn’t make me feel awkward for doing so, they said that I was doing was very smart and they encouraged it.
