Every time I come to this UPS store every employee is patient, helpful and nice! I do everything from Amazon returns, shipped packages, I even got help faxing something and it’s always as quick and efficient as they can make it! The staff is great and i recommend coming here for any and all services they offer!!

The location and hours of operation of the store are great. My experience with staff, who are quite professional, has always been very pleasant. Customer service is always excellent. Also, the quick in and out is a plus.

Cynthia was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed and taken care of. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. You can truly tell she cares about her customers. Thank you, Cynthia, for such great service! I’ll definitely be coming back!

Jeff was an amazing help by explaining all delivery services, delivery days and costs. I do feel that your fees are really high and I actually started to walk out and go to our local post office but it was later in the afternoon and I did not feel like running around town. I definitely will use the post office in the future unless a retailer requires a return be made through your service.
