  There are flyers in the window at this location advertising specific sandwiches for 4.99 6 in. make it a footlong for an additional $3. I ordered a ham and salami sub which was one of the sandwiches advertised as being 4.99 with the make it a footlong option for $3 more. I asked for ranch and easy mustard for my sauces and the young man that was making the sandwich proceeded to squirt garlic aoli on it instead of ranch. When I let him know he put the wrong sauce he proceeded to scrape it off with a spoon. I told him I would like to have a fresh sandwich made because the garlic aoli was all over the sandwich he proceeded to say it wasn’t touching the bread when clearly it was and continued to try and remove the sauce with a spoon. I politely let him know a second time that I didn’t want that sandwich and asked him to make a new one. He hesitated and mumbled something under his breath and came back and started making a new sandwich. At the beginning of my order I asked for ranch and easy mustard. When he put my sauces on the second sandwich he drenched it in mustard and ranch. I let it go because I could see this young man wasn’t interested in providing good customer service or doing his job properly. He rang up my sandwich and said it would be $13 and change. I explained that the sandwich was being advertised in the window as 4.99 6 in. Or make it a footlong for $3 more. He kept standing there staring at the register saying the sandwich wasn’t coming up in the system for the sale price. After several minutes I asked him to call someone to help him get it figured out. He finally does and whoever he called told him exactly how to ring up my purchase for the advertised price. This young man was passive aggressive and kept apologizing but made no real effort to provide good customer service or make my order correctly. When I got home my sandwich was dripping with both sauces and the bread was torn. I don’t know what this person’s name is but he’s a young Caucasian male. This is not acceptable behavior and honestly he shouldn’t be working anywhere with that level of unprofessional behavior pretty much purposely irritating the customer who’s paying for there food to be made right.

  The food was great the lady working gave a great teriyaki chicken suggestion you’ll have to go in and try it she gave excellent service and would come here again she did great her name starts with a A I believe lol I forgot her name

  Came in to pick up lunch. Service was great—was helped by Vanessa, and she was very pleasant and competent. Sandwich was tasty, definitely will be back in the future.
