  LOST MY PASSPORT and LIED about it for 4 DAYS, then yelled at me on the phone because I was unaware it was lost initially four days prior. I was given fake information that my package was 21 stops away from my house and then 2 hours later 4 stops away from my house. Only to be told by a supervisor that their employees lied and can not even see that information. I am appalled by their lack of professionalism and the uptmost disorganization. Was informed on Friday and Saturday I was not allowed to come to the facility to pick up the package when it initally arrive but then scolded by the 'supervisor' that it was my duty to have shown up. Confused as to who works here, if its all children or summer interns just messing around on the conveyor belts and telephones. SUPER DANGEROUS UPS, I recommend NEVER to ship anything valuable through this distribution center EVER.

  Excellent customer service, was just a bit disheveled on the inside of the store so I was nervous at first. But the employee who helped me ship a package for the first time was very patient and kind.

  Horrible service, they cannot find my package since a week ago and I have called several times to complain about it but I don’t have a solution this makes me believe they stole my box
