    They now lack customer service and are rude. They touch the screens with gloves on then back to the sandwich and ingredients then touch the screens again.

    Whether you eat there or take it to go the process is always fast, I love using the app when making pick up order. Especially when the app offers deals on footlongs which makes it easy to choose what you'll have for lunch or dinner.
