  Unprofessional establishment. We went down there to get my girlfriend’s books and print outs condensed/spiraled for her studying to be easier (yesterday). We asked for certain sections to be separated by dividers and make the sections we wanted grouped into separate books. We were requested to section off which sections that we wanted to be divided with paper notes folded around the targeted sections, which we did and it took over an hour to do so. That way it can be done correctly and promptly the way we labeled the sections and the way that was requested. They cut the notes that were guides that were meant to help them for the divider locations to be sectioned off. They did not follow instructions or guidelines that we were requested to do to make their job easier. The employee we talked to name was Robert. He told us that it would be done the next day or the day after. Her mother went to pick up the books and it turned out Robert who knew exactly how we wanted them to be and even offered different types of dividers and styles that they came in, was not the one working on what we requested to be done but his coworker that idea what she was doing. Might I add he called at one in the afternoon the next day (today) pretty much letting us know that he was just getting started, asking if it was okay to cut down the book pages. But not calling to confirm if the notes were properly set. He said he understood exactly what to do before we left the store assuring us it was going to get done properly. Turns out he didn’t work on it and passed it off to someone else and didn’t even give the woman the proper instructions we established with him. We’ll definitely be back to rectify the massive mistake made. Mainly due to it being paid for.
