  Stopped here after a doctors appointment and left feeling extremely awkward and uncomfortable 😳. The server was a man with a cut through one of his eyebrows, I smiled when he walked up he didn’t smile back. He wasn’t rude but he absolutely wasn’t friendly. He never made eye contact, never said hello and made me feel like he just wanted me to order and get out of his face. When my order was ready he sat it on the counter and said something in a low voice so I approached and asked if he said my name, after a few seconds he nodded. Again he didn’t make eye contact, he nodded and turned away… clearly I was being dismissed. I was about to check my order but decided not to because I didn’t care if it was wrong, I wanted to get out of there. I ordered all flats, didn’t get what I wanted but I was happy to get out of there and I won’t be returning.

  Hice una orden por teléfono hoy 7 jun 26 a las 7:41 pm son 8:34 y toda vía te dicen que 15 min más de espera es un pésimo servicio

  This location has a lot of issues. Rude employees, I come happy, and get my day ruined because of their rudeness and unprofessional behavior. They are charging customers for combo meals without letting us know the wait times. I came during my lunch meal break from work and ended up returning to work late. Lastly, this location never informs us about no ice in the soda machine. I understand machines go down , but why be quiet about the ice. All these issues are affecting sales for this store. I tried asking for a manager, they said no manager is on site. I have never seen a restaurant being operated without a manager on duty. I left a feedback on Wingstop survey contact link, but management are not reviewing it or call me.

  “manager” had no sympathy to find a resolution for me as i accidentally ordered the wrong thing on the app , no help really seemed to not care at all so i had to pay for another meal that took and hour to wait for then last but not least came home and found a hair in my ranch obviously nobody had hats on or hairnets 🤢smh this is prolly the worst wingstop location in Bakersfield
