  The employee Karl is not very focused on his customer. He had us wait in the beginning so he could clean up his mess on the counter. He took his time going very slow. Then when he did start to help us Karl started to put our info in the register for a notary and he answered the phone. Instead of telling the customer the next available employee would help them to please hold. He stopped helping us and stayed on the phone talking to the customer. When he did help us. He didnt even have the paperwork neccessary for notary. He is not professional when you have important federal documents. This is my 3rd time going there for the same documents. They have to be correct or will be rejected. I needed a Jurat and he didnot fill it all out, told me to fillout the rest. The Jurat must all be filled out by the notary in the same ink and same writing. I paid money for this to be done correctly and legally. I will never go there again and will tell my friends and family to never go there again. I will search for a new notary service.

  Haley and Karl are the best workers and they are the foundation of this place. I always look forward to coming here because of them.

  Are all UPS stores charging for Amazon labels when you return a package or just this location? $5 to print a label is wild

  The staff over here is great fast service, courteous, polite. I think they need a raise I think they need a raise

  Waited for over half an hour today after ups was supposed to be open and nobody showed up, door was locked, security gate was down and lights were off!! Whatever the reason, this is UNACCEPTABLE!!!
