  Waited for over half an hour today after ups was supposed to be open and nobody showed up, door was locked, security gate was down and lights were off!! Whatever the reason, this is UNACCEPTABLE!!!

  I’m giving this UPS Store 4 stars because overall most of the employees are wonderful and provide great customer service. Rochelle is honestly like sunshine every time I come in — always smiling, welcoming, patient, and genuinely kind. Jack is also very polite and professional, and even the manager has always been sweet and helpful whenever I’ve visited. Unfortunately, the reason for the missing star is because of one employee, I believe her name is Aracely. Every interaction with her feels uncomfortable because she often seems unhappy, rude, and unwelcoming. Customer service is such a big part of the experience, and her attitude really stands out compared to the rest of the amazing staff. If it weren’t for that, this location would easily deserve 5 stars because the rest of the team is great.

  The plastic Amazon return bags were out and instead of honoring the return they wanted to charge me for one of their bags.
