  Always on some BS whenever you come here, all of the female staff have a nasty attitude every time I come in Seems like they didn’t get their hot Cheetos and Arizona tea before their shift starts There’s only one homeboy who genuinely knows what they’re doing there, if you don’t see him you might as well leave Everyone else besides him will belittle you and make you feel stupid. While they take forever to do simple tasks, there’s always a minimum of 5-10 people waiting, even though you have computers and scanners that autofill information. I guess this location doesn’t require a GED or HS diploma for certain staff If you respect your time and hard earned money, genuinely please don’t come to this location, go support USPS on 18th or a local print shop in downtown.

  Customer service was not great. Lady that helped my father was rude and not helpful at all. I would like to point out that Jessica was very nice and helpful when i returned with my father and explained the reason why they were unable to print out a shipping label. She was the only one that was helpful and showed good customer service.

  When walking in, not sure where to go, alot of customers which is a great thing, just not sure who had been helped and who not had been, but Sergio called me right over and took care of me, he was awesome!!!

  There are two girls that work here down town who are very rude. I believe Vanessa was helping me with the return when I couldn’t pull up my QR code right away She seemed so frustrated and annoyed and said to me “let me know once you find” it and just completely walked away by the time I found it, the other two employees were assisting somebody and it took over five minutes for her to come back to the front Before I just left. There is a manager named Monica and she seems helpful at times but she’s so assertive with no compassion. I feel rushed every time I walked in that store. I will not be visiting this store for my returns or anything for that matter!
