  This store is very clean and organized, and it smelled really nice, too. Most places full of papers, boxes, etc. smell like a library. The young woman helping me was so kind and helpful when I was a bit confused as to what I needed to do to complete my services. I had a great experience.

  This UPS store seems to offer WAY TOO MANY services, for the staff that they employ.....on most days there's a long line of customers waiting to ship packages PLUS others waiting around for notary services, wanting to rent mailboxes, etc etc.. .if they would stick to their main job of shipping UPS packages, and have enough workers on duty, it'd be great.

  Paid to have document get to my daughter's house Thursday the 21st it won't be there until today the 22nd I asked the lady at the counter Vanessa are you sure it will be there Thursday she has to have it Thursday she said yes so I paid the money and she still didn't get it Thursday she's getting it today, I hope today I won't go back there I'm just really upset.

  Store was clean. One of the credit card machines didn't work so I was charged $2 more just because their equipment didn't work and staff didnt offer any assistance. Poor customer service, will not return!
