  I had such a great experience with Haylee yesterday afternoon while returning my Amazon packages. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and most importantly super friendly and sweet. I have come in before and was helped by some not so friendly employees. She gave me the best experience I have had at any UPS location. I will continue coming just to be helped by her! Customer service like hers is hard to come by nowadays so Thank you Haylee for making my experience so pleasant!

  Ethan was the Best. Very friendly and helpful. Gave me info on products I did not know about! Great employee! Made my shipping easy!!! He is a keeper!!

  It’s an easy stop to drop off all my Amazon returns and it’s always a quick process. My dad recently sent a package to me in San Diego that was ultimately lost (no fault of the store) and now needed to get a claim started. The warehouse manager whose employee lost the package, did little to help and the UPS hotline wasn’t much better. However, Wendy, a lovely lady at this location went above and beyond to assist me. She helped me reprint my receipt and walk me through the claims process. She could have simply referred me to the hotline but she didn’t. Her care was very much appreciated and I hope this location recognizes how important it is to have employees like her representing their store.
