  I go to this particular Subway on Columbus avenue quite a bit the last couple of times Melanie has fixed my sandwich for me she always does a fantastic job. Tonight I came in she had about 3 or 4 online orders that she was doing there was about four or five people waiting to get a sandwich made for them. This woman is amazing.. she had all of this done within 30 minutes which I think is quite a feat considering there were a few people in the store! That lady deserves a raise she works very hard!

  Me and my husband experience here at this location specifically was horrible I will never go back to this location, very distasteful disappointing behavior customer service was trash 🗑 one peticular staff member Jennifer was very rude , disrespectful towards myself and my husband. Very racist behavior and this store should be shut down. All 3 staff members including the store manager, but I can say she did reheat my cookies 🍪 and staff member Jennifer stated she couldn't do so because it was not store policy wich i never heard ever. I hope the owner takes this into consideration because I will never go back to this location ever

  This is my go-to location because it’s always clean, and the customer service is consistently outstanding. On my most recent visit, I had the pleasure of being helped by Melanie, and she truly made my experience exceptional. Usually I’m in and out, but she took the time to have such a warm, genuine conversation that completely brightened my day. It’s rare to come across someone who makes you feel so welcomed and valued. Thank you, Melanie, for going above and beyond—I can’t recommend this location enough!
