    I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The customer service was extremely poor and the manager/owner was rude and unprofessional. The customer before me was already arguing with the manager because they did not honor Subway promotions correctly and seemed unaware of the current deals and discounts. When it was my turn, I noticed the vegetables looked old and watery, as if they had been sitting there for days. The containers also appeared dirty and not properly maintained. I ordered a Chicken Teriyaki sandwich, but the amount of chicken was extremely small. When I complained, they claimed it was “the correct portion,” even though nothing was weighed and they were only using a scoop. They were also clearly cutting corners on ingredients. Instead of the normal amount of cheese Subway usually provides, they only used two or three slices. The vegetables were added in extremely small amounts as well. By the time they finished making the sandwich, it honestly looked like there was barely anything inside the bread. When I complained again, they simply said, “That’s how it is,” and refused to fix the issue or provide proper customer service. At that point, I did not feel comfortable eating a sandwich with such poor quality and tiny portions, especially for a meal costing around $15 USD. I requested a refund, and the manager/owner refunded me in a very upset and unprofessional manner. Throughout the conversation, they ignored my concerns and barely responded when I tried to explain the problems. This location seriously needs better management, fresher ingredients, proper food handling, and customer service training. I hope Subway corporate seriously reviews and investigates this location soon. Based on my experience, it felt like the manager/owner was excessively cutting corners on ingredients and serving food with very poor quality standards. The vegetables did not appear fresh, the portions were extremely small, and the overall food handling raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. Customers should not have to pay premium prices for food and service that feel far below Subway’s normal standards. This location does not represent the quality, professionalism, or customer experience people expect from the Subway brand.

    When you use coupons they short portions. Yesterday I got two sandwiches both footlongs. After using my coupons and points I paid 11.99 my Turkey sandwich had pieces of chicken in it… that was weird and there was maybe four pieces of lettuce. The bread was so hard it was falling apart as I was eating it. Probably the worker sandwich I had in a while. I should have taken it back. They also forgot a bag of chips on our other order. I’ve eaten here many times before but this was the worst. I also had tomatoes on my order that I didn’t ask for and they were small and didn’t even cover the whole bread. Worst sandwich ever !! Subway corporate should look into this franchise because guaranteed this was because of the coupon usage. Also dry bread? They advertise fresh.

    I ordered on the app for a pickup and what they gave me was ridiculous. It was a foot long but they skimped so much on the veggies. I only got two pickles in the whole foot long sandwich. This is not normally how other subways in town make their sandwiches. I’m definitely not going back.

    Because of my experience I will never eat at subway again in makes no sense how much a sandwich cost and I can't even get half of the vegetables I use to get on a subway sandwich I got charged extra for spinach and she still didn't want to put any on my sandwich make it make sense I spend more but get less how dose this even out?

    The lady that runs the subways is very rude. There tap pay doesn't always work and she blames me very rude telling me I dont have money but I can order the food just fine thro the app with the same card. I told her its her machine, because even if my car declines, it'll show me on my app that the card tried to run and it doesn't show up. It takes a long time tring to process and even her coworker says its the internet but she just yells out you have no money. If u go to this location i recommend paying through the app or in cash to avoid her rude comments.
